As a developer lead, you'll be responsible for the implementation of new feature builds and current feature enhancements. You will focus on identifying and mitigating key risks on developments while implementing and enforcing processes consistent with software development best practices.Your focus will be on full-stack development (Front + Back End) and following agile principles. Your scope of work spans research and development, new feature buildouts, software testing, and more. As one of lawbrokr’s first hires, you will think and act as a founder striving to translate the voice of the customer into a product-first company!

As Lawbrokr’s first Account Executive, you will be directly responsible for driving net new revenue. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through successful close. Using a value-based selling approach, you will help law firms realize their potential through Lawbrokr’s Connect Platform, and support them in their intake challenges that they experience without a solution that helps them drive growth to their firms.
